Our application allows patients to effortlessly book, reschedule, and cancel appointments directly from their mobile devices. Patients can search for doctors by specialty and learn about their experience, with the app displaying doctors’ photos to help patients become familiar with them before their appointments. Apex’s appointment scheduling offers three options: immediate booking using a live calendar showing current availability, requesting an appointment with a preferred doctor, time, and date (handled by the call center to finalize the booking), or redirecting to a WhatsApp chat room with the clinic’s personnel. This approach fosters communication between staff and patients, creating a more personable and friendly booking experience.

Patients can easily access their personalized health records through our app, including detailed test results, prescriptions, and summaries of previous visits.
