The HR module in Helix is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline and improve human resource administration within a clinic. Tailored by our developers, this module integrates seamlessly with other Helix modules like finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management (CRM), ensuring consistent data flow and enhancing coordination and collaboration throughout the operation.

Helix’s HR module enables administrators to establish specific roles with defined access permissions, workflow approvals, and discount restrictions. HR professionals can create or amend employee profiles, provide personal and work information, and submit relevant identification documents. The system maintains up-to-date information, allowing for quick access and efficient maintenance of employee records. Each user is an employee, and HR can create users for employees, assigning them specific roles.

HR managers can design various leave types by setting the name, number of days, calculation method, and payment schedule. This flexibility allows clinics to accommodate diverse leave policies dictated by the labor laws of the country while ensuring accurate employee leave tracking and management. Employee terminations are handled effectively, with options to indicate reasons, last working days, and benefits, guaranteeing a smooth transition.

The module allows you to configure end-of-service rules by specifying reasons for departure (resignation, termination, contract completion), service years, and compensation amounts. This feature helps manage employee exits efficiently and in accordance with the clinic’s management standards.

Helix’s HR module enables the creation of detailed attendance regulations, such as schedules, late policies, exclusions, and shifts. Attendance templates can be set up to accurately map attendance data, ensuring that all employee IDs are appropriately linked and data is consistently maintained.

The module includes features to restrict services available to specific roles, such as doctors, and to set up fixed or target-based commissions. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access certain services and that commission structures are transparent and easy to manage. Detailed commission reports can be generated to track earnings and performance.
