Helix offers a comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) module designed to streamline inventory and purchasing procedures. With complete inventory and finance guidelines, billing system integration for accurate cost calculations, role-based approval workflows, and extensive reporting and tracking, Helix ensures efficient and effective management of your supply chain.

Our system categorizes inventory into three distinct areas: medical, general, and pharmacy. Medical inventory includes supplies used by medical personnel, such as syringes and wooden sticks. General inventory covers non-medical supplies utilized by all employees, like paper, pens, and ink cartridges. The pharmacy category encompasses over-the-counter pharmaceutical products.

Supplier Management allows you to add suppliers and their details, including branch locations and credit conditions, ensuring efficient management of supplier information. Inventory Item Management enables you to add items to your inventory with full details such as branch and category assignment, subcategory, generic name, agent name, and manufacturer. It also includes GTIN for pharmaceutical items, a 2D barcode scanning option, minimum stock amount warnings, item billing status, pricing information, supplier assignment, and preferred supplier selection.

The Purchase Requisition function allows you to create internal purchase requests with an approval process for requisition requests and a notification system for pending approvals. Procurement Requests can be generated by combining multiple purchase requisitions, with options to evaluate and process them into Purchase Order directly.

Purchase Orders (PO) can be generated from procurement requests or manually, with pre-set terms and conditions, as well as it's own custom workflow approval process. Good Received Notes (GRN) can be prepared upon receipt of goods, auto-filling GRN details from relevant POs and allowing for easy management and tracking of received products.

Helix’s SCM module ensures that inventory and purchasing procedures are managed efficiently, reducing the risk of stockouts and overstock situations. It also provides comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities, allowing administrators to generate detailed reports on inventory levels, locations, analysis and stock performance. These insights help identify areas for improvement and optimize overall supply chain performance.
