Invoices come from the services charted in the visit, including consumables used at the point of care. Refunds and write-offs go through approval. Quotes, packages, gift vouchers and payer-specific rates are all handled on the same file.
GCC claims and e-invoicing, built in
Saudi branches issue ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices after an in-browser onboarding wizard, and claim through NPHIES via Waseel: eligibility, pre-authorisation, claims and resubmission. UAE branches claim through eClaimLink (DHPO) in Dubai and Shafafiya in Abu Dhabi.
A real double-entry general ledger
Chart of accounts, cost centers, AR and AP, fiscal periods with locks, budgets and a cash-flow forecast. Multi-currency uses FX rates you set, and an IAS 16 fixed-asset register runs depreciation on the same books.
Open banking, pay links and collections
Connect UAE bank accounts through Lean open banking and reconcile against live transactions. Send patients a Stripe pay link by SMS, paid into your own Stripe account. Verto's AR Clerk drafts payment follow-ups and statements for your approval.
