Data residency and compliance
Helix provides full GCC data residency and is HIPAA, SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. Access runs on granular role permissions with a full audit log, and Verto's AI runs on models hosted in Helix's own cloud, never third-party AI APIs.
National IDs and local numbers
Each branch's country sets the phone prefix and the patient ID document, so reception records the right ID in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman. Kuwaiti Civil IDs are checked for validity at registration.
Multi-currency books and VAT
Run each branch in its own currency on one double-entry ledger, with FX gains and losses posted for you and VAT reports by rate. Groups with UAE or Saudi branches get the UAE and Saudi claims and tax integrations too.
Arabic screens and a bilingual scribe
The front office, finance and operations screens run in Arabic, right to left, chosen per user. Verto transcribes Arabic and English in the same consultation, and patients can receive their instructions in Arabic.
