Structured ECG reporting
Record rhythm, PR, QRS, QT and QTc, axis, bundle-branch and fascicular blocks, AV block type, ST and T changes and infarct location, with comparison to the prior ECG and the tracing attached.
Echo reports with the numbers that matter
TTE, TEE, stress and contrast echo, with LVEF by Simpson's, LV mass index, wall-motion score, diastolic grade with E/e′ and LA volume, valve areas and gradients, and right-heart measures such as TAPSE and RVSP.
Stress, Holter, cath lab and devices
Stress tests on the Bruce protocol with METs, Holter findings, coronary angiography with SYNTAX score, and pacemaker, ICD, CRT and loop-recorder interrogation with battery, lead impedance and pacing percentage.
Risk scores and critical results
NYHA and CCS class, TIMI, ASCVD and Framingham risk sit on the chart. Troponins and other results arrive in the Results Inbox, where critical values escalate until someone acknowledges them.
