Clinic management system for Saudi Arabia, with NPHIES and ZATCA built in
Helix is a clinic management system for Saudi Arabia: NPHIES eligibility, pre-authorization and claims via Waseel, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, and an Arabic interface for the front desk and finance.
Insurance, tax and Arabic, handled
Eligibility, pre-authorization and claims via Waseel
Check eligibility live and the reference is cited automatically on later pre-auths and claims. CCHI lookup finds active coverage by National ID or Iqama and fills the member details. Pre-authorizations carry the care team's licences, ICD-10 diagnoses, vitals and attachments, and the payer's decision writes back line by line.
Claims that match the episode
Helix builds one claim per consultation episode and splits medications into a separate pharmacy claim. Upload in batches, sync statuses hourly, and resubmit a rejected claim as a correction. Verto's claim scrub picks the right form (UCAF, DCAF for dental or OCAF for optical) and drafts it for your review.
ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, onboarded in the browser
A wizard takes each Saudi branch from seller details to a production CSID: generate the CSR, enter the Fatoora OTP, pass the compliance checks and go live. Patient invoices are reported as simplified invoices; business invoices are cleared as standard invoices, each signed with a QR code. Credit notes follow the same rules.
An Arabic interface for the front office
Bookings, CRM, accounting, inventory, HR, reports and settings run in Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, switched per user. Invoices print in Arabic and English, patient IDs are labelled National ID or Iqama, and SMS goes through Saudi providers including Taqnyat and Jawal.
From eligibility to a reported invoice
One continuous record threads the whole visit — every step writes to the same chart and ledger, so nothing is re-keyed or reconciled.

Works with the systems you rely on
Saudi Arabia's insurance and tax rails, connected to the same patient record and ledger as the rest of the clinic.
