Drag six landmarks on a living lateral profile and read the nasofrontal and nasolabial angles, Goode projection and dorsal deviation. Map manoeuvres and grafts on the framework, and compare a consented five-angle photo set before and after.
Click-to-chart audiograms
Plot the audiogram against ASHA bands, with PTA, SRT, word recognition and air-bone gap calculated. Tympanometry with Jerger type, the acoustic-reflex matrix and Weber and Rinne sit alongside.
Nasal airway, voice and sleep
Grade turbinates, record Cottle and Mladina, and score NOSE. Rate voice with GRBAS, map neck nodes by level, test vestibular function with Dix-Hallpike, and screen sleep with STOP-BANG and Epworth.
Patient-reported outcomes that compare
ROE, SCHNOS and FACE-Q nose scores show the change against the previous visit. Verto proposes manoeuvres as draft pins that you accept or dismiss; nothing is committed on its own.
