Helix sends HL7 messages to NABIDH for registrations, visits and discharges, prescriptions, lab results, problems, clinical documents and vaccinations, with allergies, diagnoses and procedures coded in. Claims, eRx, prior authorisation and remittance run through eClaimLink (DHPO). Seven DHA health-authority returns come out of Helix Reports in DHA column order.
Malaffi and Shafafiya
Open the patient's Malaffi record straight from the Helix patient file, in patient context, without a second login. Claims, prior requests and remittance advice go through Shafafiya, the DOH e-claims platform, from the same record the doctor charted in.
Riayati, built to MOHAP's specification
Helix's Riayati integration is built to MOHAP's HL7 v2.5.1 specification: admissions and visits, lab and radiology results, medications, problems, vaccinations and clinical documents, coded to ICD-10-CM, SNOMED CT, CPT, LOINC and the UAE Drug List, with the patient's consent choice carried in the message.
Emirates ID, payroll rules and data residency
Read the Emirates ID card at registration to fill the patient's details, with the ID number validated. Payroll calculates UAE end-of-service gratuity and exports a WPS-ready salary file for your bank. Helix is HIPAA, SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, with full GCC data residency.
