A full-width odontogram for permanent, mixed or primary dentition. Every finding is marked as a condition, existing work, planned or completed, and bridges compute their own pontics. The visit type decides where the chart opens: a hygiene visit lands on perio, an investigation on imaging.
Six-point perio and treatment episodes
The probe cockpit auto-advances along the probing path while a live pocket landscape builds and CAL calculates itself, with AAP/EFP staging. Root canals get a canal matrix with working lengths; crowns move through prep, impression, temporary, try-in and cementation; implants record ISQ and the device UDI.
Cephalometric tracing and a radiograph studio
Trace a ceph and read live Steiner analysis (SNA, SNB, ANB) against norm bands, with earlier tracings superimposed. Bitewings, periapicals, OPGs and CBCT are filed per tooth, and annotations pin to the tooth they describe.
A costed plan the patient signs
Build a phased treatment plan with procedure codes and prices, show the patient the total, and capture acceptance by e-signature. Turn it into a quote with tax and discounts, then apply it to create the visit charges, so nothing is re-keyed at the front desk.
