Pre-op checklist and WHO Surgical Safety Checklist
A case can't move to ready until consent is signed and witnessed, the site is marked, NPO and allergies are confirmed and vitals are in. The WHO checklist runs Sign-In, Time-Out and Sign-Out, with extra items for difficult airway and expected blood loss.
The Perioperative Cockpit and recovery
The anaesthesia chart covers pre-op scores (ASA, Apfel, STOP-BANG, RCRI, Caprini), an airway console, block maps, sedation and local-anaesthetic safety with a max-dose calculator. Recovery nursing charts in the PACU console with Aldrete and PADSS scoring and an ISBARQ handover.
Discharge summary, consumables and claims
The discharge summary builds itself from the record and prints “Not documented” rather than guessing, with an Arabic patient instructions page whose numbers and units are verified. Consumables are issued by barcode and billed once, and prior authorisations are tracked per payer.
