Copy the chart of accounts to every branch, keep accounts shared or branch-specific, and let HQ see every ledger. Multi-currency posts realised and unrealised FX gains and losses, and stock moves between branches with approval and in-transit tracking.
The Command Bridge and group reports
The Verto Command Bridge shows revenue, collection rate, AR, appointments, no-show rate, new patients and stock value, pivoted by branch. Every number comes from a governed database query, never AI text, and the Claim Inspector traces it to source. Reports filter by branch or consolidate.
Permissions, audit and compliance
Hundreds of granular permissions decide what each role can see and do, and the audit log records every change. Seven DHA health-authority returns, ZATCA Phase 2 and NPHIES are built in, and an inpatient dashboard shows beds and occupancy by ward.
