One item master, stock by store and bin
Each item carries its units of measure, costing method, control status and storage rules. Stock is tracked per store, zone and bin, including cold-chain and controlled-drug zones, with lots, expiry dates and quality status on every batch.
FEFO picking and an expiry console
Near-expiry lots are picked first. The expiry console shows value at risk in 7, 30, 60 and 90-day buckets, with dispose, return-to-supplier, discount, donate or extend actions, one batch at a time or in bulk.
Requisition to payment, with three-way match
Requisition, RFQ, purchase order, goods received note and supplier invoice run as one governed chain with approval limits by value. The PO, GRN and invoice are matched line by line before anything posts, and returns raise a debit note.
Warehouse, planning and point-of-care billing
A full WMS covers receiving, putaway, picking, waves, packing and shipping. MRP and forecasting suggest what to reorder, and Verto's Inventory Controller drafts the purchase orders. Consumables used in the chart are billed and deducted from stock in one step.
A procure-to-pay cycle, end to end
One continuous record threads the whole visit — every step writes to the same chart and ledger, so nothing is re-keyed or reconciled.
