Dating you can trust, visit after visit
A pregnancy is an episode that spans visits. Dating uses Naegele's rule adjusted for cycle length, checks ultrasound agreement, and locks a working EDD so every gestational age and centile re-derives from it. The antenatal flowsheet trends fundal height, fetal heart and presentation, and prompts when blood pressure and proteinuria suggest pre-eclampsia.
Growth scans and a screening schedule
Record full biometry (CRL, BPD, HC, AC, FL, AFI, Dopplers) against Hadlock, WHO or INTERGROWTH-21st references. GTPAL and risk factors derive the screening cadence: anomaly scan, GTT, anti-D and GBS, alongside combined screening, NIPT and invasive testing.
An electronic partogram and delivery record
Chart labour on a clickable cervicogram with Philpott or WHO 2020 thresholds; alert and action lines are advisory. Record the CTG, Apgar at 1, 5 and 10 minutes and cord gases, with a PPH banner at 500 mL.
Gynaecology, fertility cycles and postpartum
POP-Q staging, colposcopy with Swede score, cervical screening with Bethesda and HPV, and pelvic-map pins for fibroids and cysts. Fertility cycles move from baseline to outcome with folliculometry and hormone panels, and semen analysis reads against WHO 2021. Postpartum tracks EPDS, PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
