A lesion register with melanoma flags
Pin a lesion on the body atlas and it becomes a register entry with morphology, size and history. Six melanoma screening flags keep a live count and turn the section red at three. Dermoscopy captures attach to the lesion, and biopsy stamps create biopsy rows.
Aesthetic maps with a live dose ledger
Switch the chart to Aesthetic, pick face, scalp, body or legs, and map neurotoxin units, filler millilitres, laser and IPL, peels, microneedling, PRP and body contouring. The dose ledger totals units, mL and left–right symmetry as you go, and each row records product, lot and expiry.
Consent-gated photos you can compare
Consent is required before a photo can be uploaded. Photos follow standard poses and lighting, annotations are drawn on a copy so the original is never altered, and before-and-after pairs can pull from earlier visits.
Severity scores and send-to-billing rows
PASI, EASI, SCORAD, DLQI, IGA, VASI, UAS7, GAGS, mMASI and more sit in the chart. Every procedure and cosmetic row has its own Send to billing, priced from your catalog and locked once billed, so a session is never charged twice.
